FAQ

Common questions

How we work, what we cover and how getting started works. If your question isn't here, call or send us a note.

Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?

Yes. Many clients keep an internal person for on-site needs and use us for Microsoft 365, security, projects and after-hours coverage. We agree up front on who owns what.

Do you take on one-off projects?

Yes. Migrations, Intune rollouts, network refreshes, security reviews and Copilot deployments are often how clients start with us.

What does the IT assessment involve?

A short call to understand your business, then a review of your Microsoft 365 tenant, devices, network and backups. You get a written summary of what we found and what we'd fix first.

We only use part of Microsoft 365. Is that a problem?

No. Most businesses pay for features they haven't turned on. We'll show you what your current licenses already include before recommending anything new.

Do you support Macs as well as Windows?

Yes. We manage Windows and macOS devices through Intune, with the same enrollment, compliance and app deployment for both.

Can you help us roll out Microsoft Copilot?

Yes. Before anyone gets a license, we check who can see what in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, because Copilot can surface anything a user already has access to. Then we roll it out in stages with training.

We're leaving another provider. How does the switch work?

We collect admin credentials, licensing details and documentation from your current provider, then plan the cutover so your team keeps access to everything throughout.

Ready to get your IT under control?

Book an assessment. We'll review your Microsoft 365, devices, network and backups, then tell you what we'd fix first.
